The staff here is rude and belligerent (one female employee in particular). I got out to my car before I realized the cashier had shorted me. When I went back in and, very nicely, told her I believed she had shorted me, she adamantly refused to believe it was even possible and told me there was nothing she could do about it. I left my name so that someone could call me back (I assume after they counted the drawer that night) but of course no one called me. I called the store the next day and was told that "the girl was short $20 last night so there was no way she could have shorted you." So, the fact that your cashier IS actually making mistakes makes it okay for her to act the way she did towards me? They had assured me they could look at the video footage (which they did NOT!) With normal purchases and "get togethers" I spend well over $1000 per year at this store, so I hope the way their employee treated me (plus the $6 they shorted me) will be worth what they would have been making off of my purchases. I will not be visiting this establishment again, nor do I encourage anyone else to. I was very respectful to the employee (while being belittled in front of other customers) letting her know that I was not trying to cause her problems, but by the way I was treated you would have thought I spit in her lemonade. The $6 was never a big deal.... but the way I was treated absolutely is. I hope this review steers people away from your store!!! (I didn't want to give even 1 star but could not post my review otherwise.)
